Sie erh\u00e4lt in ihrer schwierigen Situation Entlastung, Unterstu\u0308tzung, Geborgenheit, Sicherheit und Kontinuit\u00e4t.<\/p>\n<p>Das Haus mit sieben Wohnungen liegt in einem familienfreundlichen Quartier. Fu\u0308r die junge Frau steht im dritten Stock eine helle und m\u00f6blierte Zweizimmerwohnung mit eigener Ku\u0308che und Bad zur Verfu\u0308gung. Die betreuende Familie wohnt im Parterre und ersten Stock.<\/p>\n<p>Wir richten uns nach den Bedu\u0308rfnissen und den individuell vereinbarten Zielen der jungen Frau. Kernanliegen sind dabei eine sichere Bindung zwischen Mutter und Kind, die St\u00e4rkung der Mutterkompetenzen, das Aufbauen eines stabilen sozialen Systems und die Begleitung in den Bereichen Ausbildung und Arbeit. Wir orientieren uns an einem Leitbild, das eine wertsch\u00e4tzende, offene, ressourcen- und l\u00f6sungsorientierte Haltung beschreibt. Wir streben auch eine aktive und konstruktive Zusammenarbeit mit dem Kindsvater, dem Familiensystem und den professionellen Helfern der jungen Frau an.<\/p>\n<p>Die Aufenthaltsdauer ist von der Situation und den Bedu\u0308rfnissen abh\u00e4ngig, in der Regel betr\u00e4gt sie zwei Jahre. Nach dem Aufenthalt an der Ankerstrasse soll die junge Frau mit ihrem Kind gest\u00e4rkt und selbst\u00e4ndig ins weitere Leben entlassen werden.
